New interactive Mission Maps on LCC’s website

ONLINE – As mentioned in a January/February 2022 article in the Mission News section of The Canadian Lutheran, work has been underway to expand LCC’s Mission webpages with the eventual goal of incorporating an interactive mission map. More information on International and Domestic Missions has been added to the website on an ongoing basis since, in an effort to enhance awareness of the work we do together as a synod across the country and around the world, making these details more accessible to our members and to the public.

The new interactive International and Domestic Mission Maps are now live on LCC’s website at lutheranchurchcanada.ca/missions. Explore the interactive mission maps by clicking on a location to learn more about each mission site. Not all domestic mission sites are on the map right now, and it will take some time to get each mission site and all site details added to the map. Additional site information is being collected and added on an ongoing basis. Thank you for your patience as we continue to update and build on the content on LCC’s Mission webpage.
