Choir begins Easter Week tour

Concordia University College of Alberta Concert Choir

“…from Life to Death to Life…”

The Concordia Concert Choir from Concordia University College of Alberta in Edmonton, conducted by Dr. Joy Berg with Dr. John Brough, is now on its Easter Week tour. The choir is delighted to present a concert from Palestrina to Schubert to African music, speaking to the journey of faith through our earthly life.

This mixed choir of 28 auditioned singers (sometimes singing a cappella, sometimes accompanied by piano or organ or flute) will sing:

Tuesday, April 26            Faith Lutheran, Grande Prairie, Alta.

Wednesday, April 27      Zion Lutheran Church, Prince George, B.C.

Thursday, April 28          St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Williams Lake, B.C.

Friday, April 29                Gateway Community Church, Hinton, Alta.

Saturday, April 30          Glory Lutheran Church, Sherwood Park, Alta.

The concerts all begin at 7:30 p.m.
