A simple thanks can go a long way

In a recent webinar, the speaker noted that one of the key strategies that will help non-profit organizations through an economic downturn is “remarkable donor care.” We don’t often think of those who give regularly to the operation of our churches as ‘donors’ however, they are. Many congregations provide a quarterly report to those who use envelopes. This is an ideal time to say a special, personalized ‘thank you’ to members of your congregation for their faithful giving.
