BC Mission Boat Society announces full-time Executive Director

PARKSVILLE, B.C. – The BC Mission Boat Society (BCMBS) has announced that they have engaged Rhonda Kelman as the agency’s full-time Executive Director. Kelman had previously been appointed Interim Director in 2016.

“Rhonda’s work over the last four months as our Interim Director has shown the Board the value of an Executive Director, and the qualifications Rhonda has for this position,” the society announced in a news release. “Thank you to all who have helped us take this important step in moving forward with our plans to respond to the increasing requests we have from the communities we serve! Your prayers, thoughtful counsel, and generous donations over the past four months have shown us that this is the right time to make this decision. Watch for further announcements in the next months on additional ways you can be part of sharing God’s love in B.C. coastal communities. ”
