Seminaries stream convocation services online

The seminaries of Lutheran Church–Canada are set to hold their sacred convocation services today and tomorrow, and members who are unable to attend in person can follow along online.

Concordia Lutheran Seminary (Edmonton, Alberta) will hold its service this evening (Friday, May 25) at 7:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) at the Tegler Centre of Concordia University College of Alberta (Edmonton). Watch it online at http://www.concordiasem.ab.ca/CLSTV.php.

Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary (St. Catharines, Ontario) will hold its service tomorrow afternoon (Saturday, May 26) at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at Grace Lutheran Church (St. Catharines, Ontario). Watch it online at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/c-l-t-s-call-service-2012.

During the service, calls of pastoral candidates will be announced, as will the placements of vicars. The Canadian Lutheran will report these placements Monday, May 28 at www.canadianlutheran.ca.
