Video features LCC’s mission outreach

During Lutheran Church–Canada’s 2011 Convention in June, one of the breakout sessions featured an overview of mission activity in Canada and overseas.

“We wanted to give delegates and those watching the webcast a complete picture of how LCC is sharing the Gospel in Canada and around the world,” explained Rev. Dr. Leonardo Neitzel, LCC’s mission executive and chairman of the event. The video of the presentation is available for viewing below or online at www.lutheranchurchcanada.ca/videonet. Presenters included Rev. Dr. Ralph Mayan who spoke about Nicaragua; Rev. Dr. Leonard Harms, who updated the work in Southeast Asia and LCC district representatives Rev. Dr. Glenn Schaeffer (ABC); President Tom Prachar (Central) and Rev. Larry Gajdos (East).

Rev. Neitzel encourages pastors and other leaders to share this resource in their congregations, in Bible studies, small groups and other events. He asks everyone to “continually pray, share, and support the mission of the Lord through LCC.”
